What This Role Involves
n
As a Site Manager, you will be the driving force behind creating a "home away from home" for our residents. Your key responsibilities will include:
n
Managing all site and contract-scoped accommodation and catering services.
n




Overseeing accommodation reservation systems (VAMS, SAMS, RMS) smoothly and efficiently.
n
Taking full responsibility for financial performance and P&L;, with a focus on labor and food costs.
n
Fostering impeccable client relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service.
n
Leading, developing, and mentoring a dedicated on-site team.
n
All About You
n
To thrive in this fast-paced, remote environment, you will need:
n
Reliable and progressive management experience within a remote or village environment.
n
Exceptional administrative skills and experience with accommodation reservation systems.
n
Strong financial acumen and a track record of managing P&L.;
n
A resilient, professional, and 'can-do' attitude with a commitment to genuine customer service.
n
Strict adherence to food and general safety practices.
n
The ability to work long hours and adapt to varying degrees of heat, cold, and humidity.
n
Highly Desirable: A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, a manual driver's license, and a forklift ticket.
