Are you a Training Specialist who can turn complex legislative reform into clear, user-friendly education? We are looking for a proactive professional to join a high-profile reform program to develop and deliver accessible content across several platforms.

In this role, you will be a key player in building stakeholder capability during a period of significant regulatory change, ensuring both internal and external audiences understand their current obligations
The Role n
You will work with subject matter experts and external vendors to create high-quality digital products like e-learning modules, videos, and podcasts to help stakeholders master new ICT systems and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Design innovative and simple training materials, including instructional programs and visual assets.
n
Help plan multi-channel, user-centered communication activities to support complex reform.
n
Build strong relationships with internal and external groups to gather information and manage expectations.
n
Monitor and evaluate how effective education programs are by using data to drive improvements.

Ensure all materials follow strict branding, style, and accessibility guidelines.
n

Mandatory Requirements:
n
n
Proven success in developing and delivering workplace training, ideally in a regulatory setting.
n
Experience producing education or training strategies based on user-centered design.
n
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to simplify complex technical info.
n
High-level proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
n
A commitment to working harmoniously within a team to reach strategic goals.

Highly Regarded:
n
n
Proficiency in Adobe Captivate, animation, or video editing software.
n
Experience with photography and videography equipment.
n
Tertiary qualifications in Training and Workplace Assessment, instructional design, or multimedia production.
n
Compliance n

Australian citizen.
n
Baseline clearance is highly desirable.
