About the Role n
Reporting to the National Client Engagement Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts across Queensland.The role is listed as based in Brisbane but we would also love to hear from applicants in regional areas within reach of Brisbane.
n
You'llbe responsible forbuilding trusted
relationships,identifyingopportunities
to expand services, solving customer challenges, and ensuring clients receive an exceptional experience.
n
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing relationship management with commercial growth and strategic account planning.
What You'll Be Doing n
n
Managing and growing a portfolio of key customer accounts
n
Developing and executing strategic account plans
n
Identifyingopportunities
to increase revenue within existing accounts
n
Building long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
n
Working closely with operational teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
n
Conducting regular client reviews and account planning meetings
n
RepresentingWHA at industry and networking events
n
Acting as a trusted advisor to clients across workforce health solutions
n
About You n
You might already be a Key Account Manager, Client Partner, Business Development Manager, or Customer Success professional looking for your next challenge.
n
You will bring:

A proven ability to build strong client relationships
n
Strong commercial and sales acumen
n
Experience managing key accounts and driving growth
n
Excellent communication and presentation skills
n
A proactive, organised, and self-motivated approach
n
Experience working to revenue and retention targets
n
CRM experience
n
A desire to be part of a high-performing and supportive team
n
Highly Regarded n
n
Occupational health experience
n
Workplace health, medical, recruitment, HR, wellbeing, injury management, or related industry experience
n
Experience working with large enterprise or national customers
n
