Responsibilities: n

Preparing detailed cost plans and estimates across concept, design development and tender stages
n
Managing subcontractor and supplier pricing
n
Preparing trade comparisons, scope reviews and tender analysis
n
Reviewing project documentation to identify cost risks and opportunities
n
Providing value engineering and cost advice to support competitive tenders
n
Working closely with pre-construction, design and delivery teams
n
Identifying buildability issues and procurement opportunities throughout the tender process
n
Experience Required: n
n
At least 3 years estimating experience within commercial construction
n
Exposure to commercial new build and/or fit-out projects
n
Strong understanding of subcontractor pricing, tender analysis and trade scopes
n
Ability to prepare detailed estimates and cost plans
n
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
n
A desire to develop into a Senior Estimator position
n
