Job Description
As a BIG Merchandiser, you will manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role, you'll ensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, current product launches and more.
About the Role n
Territory: SEYMOURand surrounds
n
Hours: Average of 15 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)
n
Availability: Wednesday to Friday availability is essential; flexibility for Monday and Tuesday is highly regarded.
n
Essential: Driver license and car
Key Responsibilities n
n
Driving strong relationships with store personnel
n
Building and maintaining quality displays in store
n
Negotiating promotional space
n
Executing planograms
n
Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
n
Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.
n
Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
n
Successful candidate will need: n
n
Supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
n




A current Australian driver's licence and vehicle
n
Strong & friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
n
An ability to work autonomously
n
Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
