About the role
As an Administration Assistant in this well-established and highly regarded Law Firm your role will entail providing administrative support across various legal practice groups as well as assisting with special projects as needed. n
nReporting to a delightful Administration Manager/HR advisor and as a valued member of the team
your wide-ranging role will include, but not be limited to:-
n
n
n
providing comprehensive administration support to legal teams
n
file management, document preparation and drafting correspondence
n
electronic and physical filing
n
assist with email management and screening calls
n
assist with monthly billing
n
open/close files and archiving
n
manage incoming & outgoing mail and deliveries
n
provide relief reception
n
assist with marketing activities, internal projects and firm events
n
ad hoc tasks as required to assist the Manager and legal teams
n
Skills and experience
To secure this exciting opportunity you will have at least 1-2 years' experience in Legal Administration and
most importantly, you'll be able to demonstrate:-
n
n
n
an enthusiastic and proactive approach to work
n
strong organisational skills
n
high attention to detail
n
excellent (verbal and written) communication skills
n
proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
n
ability to use your initiative
n
