Pronto 478 is seeking a Pastry Chef to produce high-quality desserts and pastries for our Bentleigh location and growing wholesale range. The role covers both daily venue production and larger-batch production across restaurant, retail and wholesale lines.
You will manage pastry production, follow established recipes, ensure food safety and maintain exemplary presentation while supporting product development and seasonal offerings.
