is one of Canberra's most established and recognisable restaurants, located in the heart of the CBD. We're a high-volume, fast-paced venue built around bold Asian-inspired food, cocktails, great service and an energetic atmosphere.

We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager with the confidence, leadership and gravitas to take ownership of the venue and lead a large, high-performing front-of-house team.
n
With 190 seats, approximately 30 floor staff, this is a genuine leadership role for someone who commands respect, leads from the front and knows how to run a busy Venue and is all about personal guest experiences.
The Role n
You'll be responsible for:

Leading and developing the FOH team
n
Overseeing daily operations and service standards
n
Rostering and labour management
n
Training and team performance
n
Stock, costs and KPIs
n
Venue presentation and compliance
n




Delivering a consistently excellent guest experience
n
Working closely with the Head Chef and senior management
n
About You n
We're looking for someone who:

Has proven experience managing a busy restaurant
n
Has strong leadership and communication skills
n
Understands labour, wages and operational costs
n
Leads from the front and sets high standards
n
Can remain calm and decisive under pressure
n
Takes genuine pride in hospitality
n
Wants to build a solid team and contribute long-term
n
