The Role
n
We are looking for
positive
and
motivated
individuals to support the delivery of food and beverage across our dining spaces.
n
The estate overlooks our magnificent sculpture park catering to guests who wish to enjoy a
friendly, informed experience
and a menu revolving around
local seasonal produce
. Our ever‐evolving dining spaces have been featured alongside some of the most
exciting
Victorian dining venues.

About you
n
You are
hardworking
, resilient and enjoy working in a
quick-paced team-oriented
environment
n
You have a
friendly

confident
attitude and a willingness to learn
n
You have prior experience in retail or hospitality
n
You will be available to work a varietyof shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Due to the nature of this role, a full weekend availability is non-negotiable
n
You take pride in your appearance
n
You demonstrate
attention to detail
and problem-solving skills
n
Wine knowledge and knowledge of the Mornington Peninsula and its surrounds is a distinct advantage
n
You hold a current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
(RSA)
n
You have access to reliable private transport to work
