This Global Group is looking for a driven Sales Engineer to represent their range of electrical and cable management products across the AUS/NZ market.
n
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you'll be the face of the business for existing and prospective customers — building relationships, growing key accounts, and bringing technical solutions to the table.
What you will be responsible for: n
n
Managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts through regular face-to-face visits, presentations and product demonstrations
n
Preparing and delivering technical presentations for customers ranging from end users to specifying engineers and electrical consultants
n
Talking directly with customers, engineers and our internal sales team to understand product and system requirements
n
Recommending improved materials and cable management solutions that reduce costs or lift production for customers
n
Preparing transparent, professional quotations and proposals in conjunction with your local BDM
n
Keeping the CRM up to date daily — visits,



wins, losses, quotes, and market and competitor intelligence
n
Reporting on competitor activity and market trends to the National Sales Manager
n
Representing the organisation at trade shows, exhibitions and industry events as needed
n
What you will need: n
n
A current driver's licence
n
Industry experience in electrical and Data installations sectors.
n
A proven track record in sales
n
Solid knowledge of electrical products and markets
n
The ability to work independently and manage your own time
n
A professional approach, and willingness to follow company protocols and quality procedures
n
