Drakes Supermarkets is seeking a part-time Department Leader to manage a fresh foods department, reporting to Store Manager. You will oversee stock and merchandising, drive sales and gross profit, and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities include training staff, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining strong KPI outcomes in a dynamic retail workplace. Flexible availability and weekend rotation may be required.
