role at Ficeda Accessories is a relationship-driven sales position focused on growing dealer accounts, achieving sales targets, market development, and maintaining strong customer partnerships across a regional territory.

Well-established with a reputation for representing global iconic brands, Ficeda Accessories is looking to strengthen its market position in the VIC, focused on supporting Dealers to maximise sales results.
n
You will have a sound knowledge of the motorcycle industry and be able to work as part of a committed team promoting Ficeda's product range to our dealer network and achieving sales targets, as well as maintaining and developing Ficeda's client base.

Achieving monthly sales and margin targets.
n
Building and maintaining relationships with dealers and customers.
n
Identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
n
Conducting regular dealer visits and maintaining CRM records.
n
Promoting products, merchandising, and supporting brand growth.
n




Monitoring market trends, competitors, and customer feedback.
n
Delivering dealer sales training and product education.
n
Managing warranty claims, returns, and administrative compliance.
n
Representing the business at events and shows.
n
Providing regular sales and market reports to management.
n
Current drivers licence with a clean driving record.
n

Your sales skills and experience coupled with your drive and passion will see you generating current business by cold calling potential clients.
n
The role will require monthly travel within VIC. A salary commensurate with the position will be offered,aswell as a company-maintained vehicle.
