We are looking for a hardworking female support worker who's available every Tuesday from 6:30am to 4pm and can start asap. Duties include assisting with household tasks and personal care, dropping off and picking up kids at school and arranging shopping.

Job responsibilities: n

Support client with everyday living e.g. Personal care, washing, cleaning, laundry, preparing and cooking meals, shopping,



music and outdoor activities, etc.

Facilitate community inclusion and participation based on client's needs and preferences
n
Assist with client's physical and mobility requirements
n
Demonstrate positive and qualified behavior
n
Promote and facilitate person-centered care
n
Ensure the wellbeing and safety of the clients and perform the duty of care.
n
Follow Care n Help policies and procedures.
n
Requirements are: n
n
Must have a car
n
100 points ID
n
Certificate III/IV in disability or community support or equivalent qualification or equivalent experience
n
Have the right to work in Australia
n
Have current First Aid Certificate or CPR or equivalent
n
Have driver license and access to an insured vehicle
n
Character References at least 2
n
Have or willing to obtain a National Police check
n
