Role Overview n
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding the agency's rental portfolio by:

Proactively generating and converting new landlord enquiries from various channels
n
Delivering polished rental appraisals and confident listing presentations
n
Managing the onboarding and transition of new managements
n
Utilizing CRM systems and lead-generation tools to track and nurture prospects
n
Collaborating closely with the property management and sales teams to maximize results
n
Achieving monthly growth, conversion, and revenue targets
n
