Rexco Equipment, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager/Outside Sales Representative to join its team in Farley, IA!

The Account Manager/Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining positive customer relationships and conducting meetings to best understand the customer's equipment needs.

Job Duties n
n
Plan daily customer contacts and manage customer relationships
n
Identify all equipment currently owned or needed by customers that can be sold and maintained
n




Create sale documentation, agreements, payment terms, and obtain credit information
n
Utilize CRM calendar to plan and execute an effective communication strategy with customer accounts
n
Maintains and enhance ongoing customer relationships through timely follow-up communication
n
Recommend product-based solutions to customers based on proactive account management
n
Coordinate any product training necessary to ensure the customer is well educated on new equipment
n
Job Requirements n
n
5+ years of sales experience within the equipment rental, sales, or service industry
n
Associate's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
n
Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office programs
n
Valid driver's license required
n
