Welltech Total Water Management
is looking for a reliable, hardworking and practical Labourer to join our growing team.
This is not just a yard-based labouring role. A
large component of the position involves working on client sites throughout Western Australia and Australia
, supporting our pumping and water management operations.
The role will generally operate on a
5 days on / 2 days off roster
, with our aim, wherever operationally possible, to have our team
home for the weekend
.

The Role
Working with our operations, workshop and site teams, you will assist with the preparation, mobilisation, installation and maintenance of pumping and water management equipment.
Your duties will include:
General site labouring and support
Assisting with the installation and removal of pumps, pipelines and associated water management equipment
Mobilisation and demobilisation of equipment to and from site
Loading and unloading equipment and materials
Preparing pumps, pipework and associated equipment for mobilisation
General workshop and yard duties between site projects
Cleaning, inspecting and maintaining equipment
Assisting tradespeople, technicians and site crews
Deliveries and collections as required
Maintaining clean and safe work areas
Following Welltech and client safety, environmental and operational requirements
Site Work & Roster
A significant component of this position is
site‐based work
,



including regional and remote locations throughout Western Australia and Australia.
The position will generally work a
5/2 roster
, rather than a traditional FIFO roster.
While project requirements will ultimately determine scheduling,
we make every effort to structure the roster so our people are home for their weekends wherever possible
.
Applicants therefore need to be comfortable with travel, working away from home and working on mining, construction and infrastructure sites.

We're looking for someone who:
Is reliable, punctial and genuinely willing to work
Has a good attitude and strong work ethic
Is physically fit and comfortable undertaking manual work
Is practical and mechanically minded
Is safety conscious
Can follow instructions and also use initiative
Works well as part of a team
Is flexible and willing to assist wherever required
Is comfortable working away from home
Wants to learn and develop within the business
Experience within pumping, civil construction, mining, mechanical work or similar industries would be highly regarded.
Licences & Tickets
A current Australian driver's licence is required.

CV – Vehicle Loading Crane
RB – Basic Rigging
Construction White Card
Other relevant high-risk work licences or site competencies
