Working across our Bar and Gaming areas, you will play an important role in the day-to-day operations of the Club, providing friendly and professional service to our members and guests.

Key responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service across our Bar and Gaming areas.
n
Preparing and serving beverages in accordance with RSA requirements.
n
Assisting with gaming room operations and maintaining a welcoming environment.
n
Processing customer transactions and handling cash accurately.
n
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and workplace safety.
n
Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth Club operations.
n
Ensuring compliance with Club policies, procedures and relevant legislation.
n

About you
n
n
Hold a current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency.
n
Hold a current NSW Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) competency.
n




Have a strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills.
n
Be reliable, punctual, well-presented and able to work effectively as part of a team.
n
Be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts across a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
n
Have a positive attitude and the ability to work in a busy hospitality environment.
n
