Job Description
Programmed GO is seeking a hands-on Leading Hand for our grain operations site in Birchip, Victoria. You will lead day-to-day grain receival, storage and outturn activities, and supervise staff and contractors to ensure protected, efficient operations.

You'll train the team in safe work practices, help maintain grain quality and inventory controls, and support rostering, planning and equipment maintenance. Availability for nights and weekends may be required.
