Join Our Shutdown Team
n We're looking for a highly skilled
QA/QC Welding Inspector
to join our shutdown team in Gladstone for an exciting chance with one of the world's leading mining companies. This role commences in October and runs for a duration of 4 weeks.
Your Responsibilities: n
n
Provide technical guidance and quality assurance/quality control across the shutdown
n
Review and correct contractor-supplied welding procedures and ITPs
n
Review service provider accreditation and witness certification (sampling)
n
Produce MDRs and closeout documentation
n
Escalate quality or schedule issues as required
n
Your Skills & Qualifications: n
n
WTIA Certificate 10 – Welding Inspection (or equivalent)
n
Relevant experience in shutdown activities
n
Subcontractor coordination and management skills
n
Dedication to health, safety, and environmental standards
n
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical
n
