This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced Carpenter who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants exposure to large-scale, complex residential projects.
n
You'll work alongside experienced Site Managers, Leading Hands and trades across projects from early structural stages right through to detailed finishes and handover.
The Role n
n
Work across high-end, architecturally designed residential projects
n
Carpentry & construction across the full construction lifecycle - structures through to finishes
n
Read and interpret architectural plans and detailed drawings
n
Work closely with Site Managers and Leading Hands to maintain programme and quality
n
Coordinate with trades and subcontractors on site
n
Maintain exceptionally high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
n
Opportunity to take on greater responsibility and progress into senior positions

About You n
n
Trade-qualified Carpenter with Cert III in Carpentry
n
Full construction lifecycle experience is essential
n
Previous experience on custom, luxury or architecturally designed homes
n
Strong structural and finishing carpentry skills
n
Confident reading plans and working independently
n
Excellent attention to detail
n
Reliable, skilled and looking for a long-term position
n
