Essential Duties and Responsibilities
n 1. Complete basic testing, services, or troubleshooting of SEL products and processes in accordance with defined procedures under the direction of more experienced staff.
n 2. Provides status updates to SEL staff and customers. Communicates effectively with team and internal partners and customers.
n 3. Learn and follow department processes while communicating opportunities for improvement to documentation or work instructions.
n 4. Represent your team by participating in collaborative improvement efforts.
n 5. Develop basic proficiency in the activities required to support one of the Operation Team's disciplines (i.e. Flowline product failures, Product Hospital, test infrastructure support, or Test Lab), or R&D;'s disciplines (i.e. Lab Support, Product Test, Infrastructure, or Compliance).
n
6. Travel 75% of the time to support customer and business needs.
n 7. Learn and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operation, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
n 8. Understand. Create. Simplify.

Required Qualifications
n Two years' relevant experience
n
Able to efficiently operate Windows and MS Office
n
Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
n
Ability to learn new skills and assume recent responsibilities
n
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
n
Background check results satisfactory to SEL
Ability to travel up to 75%
n
Preferred Qualifications
n Two years' experience working with SEL products
n Experience with computer-controlled test equipment
n Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, electronic schematics, and wiring diagrams
Physical Requirements
n Lift, push, pull and maneuver up to 20 pounds frequently, and up to 35 pounds occasionally
n Sit and stand for at least 8 hours
n Vision correctable to ***** or better
n Ability to differentiate color
n Use of computer keyboard devices
n Reach, Bend, Twist
