We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Full time Room Leaders to join our team at Mini Masterminds Hamlyn Terrace (120-place centre).

nAbout the Role n
n
As Room Leader (ECT), you will lead your classroom team to deliver high-quality education and care while creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can learn and thrive.
n
n
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will mentor educators, support children's learning and development, and work collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team to maintain the highest standards of education and care.
n
nKey Responsibilities n

Lead and mentor educators within your room through on-the-floor guidance and support
n
n
Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging educational programs aligned with the EYLF
n
n
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
n
n
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
n
n
Support children's learning, development,



and wellbeing through meaningful interactions
n
n
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislation
n
n
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and centre-wide goals
n
n
Promote a positive, collaborative, and professional team culture
n

n
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
n
n
Previous Room Leader or leadership experience within an Early Childhood Education setting
n
n
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
n
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
n
n
Current Child Protection
training/certificate
n
n
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF), and National Quality Standards (NQS)
n
n
Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
n
n
A genuine passion for mentoring educators and delivering high-quality education and care
n
n
