RecruitShop is assisting a Sydney-based, 100% Australian owned online thoroughbred auction platform to hire a Marketing Lead. You will build the marketing function from the ground up, drive a major rebrand, and partner with the Sales Manager to fuel growth.

This role requires strong data analysis, budgeting discipline, and experience scaling in a rapid-growth business. You'll recruit and manage a marketing team, brief contractors, and shape the brand strategy across channels for measurable ROI.
