Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort and Elysia Wellness Retreat are seeking a passionate and reliable Commis Chef – Breakfast to join our kitchen team on a casual basis. This role supports the smooth operation of breakfast service, preparing high-quality dishes and delivering an exceptional dining experience for guests.

You will handle opening preparation, station setup, and maintain food safety standards. Requires Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, HACCP knowledge, robust teamwork and weekend
