Programmed is seeking a hands-on Leading Hand for grain operations at our Birchip site. You will supervise daily receivals, storage and outturn, and mentor staff and contractors to uphold safety and quality standards.
You'll manage rostering, plan maintenance and equipment use, and step in for Site Supervisor during busy periods. A practical, safety‐minded approach and solid communication are essential.
