A well-established commercial design business on the Gold Coast is looking for a Commercial Interior Designer or Architect to join their team.
Working across a range of commercial projects, the business is looking for someone who enjoys combining creative design with the technical and practical side of project delivery.
You’ll have the opportunity to work across projects from concept through to documentation and delivery, with regular interaction with clients, builders and consultants.

The Role

You’ll be involved across the design and documentation of commercial interiors, working closely with clients and project teams to deliver practical, high-quality outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing commercial interior design concepts
- Producing construction documentation in Archicad
- 3D modelling and renders
- Preparing FFE schedules




- Liaising with clients, builders and consultants
- Working across projects from concept through to delivery
- Ensuring designs are practical, buildable and commercially considered
- Managing deadlines and project requirements

About You

- Commercial interior design or architectural experience
- Strong ArchiCAD skills
- Construction documentation experience
- An understanding of construction and buildability
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and presentation skills
- A practical and commercially minded approach
- Confidence working with clients and project teams
