Join a dynamic team as a Technical Product Support Specialist, where you'll be the vital link between cutting-edge mining technology systems and in office operational teams. In this role, you'll ensure the seamless performance of complex industrial systems in challenging environments, helping maximize operational efficiency and uptime.

Required Skills:

- Strong technical expertise in networking, systems integration, and infrastructure management
- Experience with enterprise systems such as servers, virtual machines, and databases
- Proficiency in system monitoring and performance optimization using tools like dashboards and alerting systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve backend technical issues, including database and infrastructure incidents
- Knowledge of software deployment, version control, and automation scripting
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders from operators to management

Nice to Have Skills:





- Experience working in industrial or mining environments
- Familiarity with OEM systems and external platform integrations
- Knowledge of disaster recovery, high availability, and backup solutions

Preferred Education and Experience:

- Relevant technical certifications or degrees in IT, systems engineering, or related fields
- Prior experience supporting industrial or operational technology systems in a 24/7 environment

Other Requirements:

- Ability to work onsite at mining facilities, with availability for remote support as needed
- Comfort with coordinating maintenance activities and system updates during critical operational windows
