Many of the senior roles we fill never get advertised.

Boards and leadership teams come to us when they need the right person found quietly, quickly, and without a public process.

If you're a senior leader who's open to the right chance, but not necessarily actively looking, it's worth being on our radar.

Who we're looking to connect with

We work across a range of senior and executive appointments, including:

- Board - Non-Executive and Executive Director appointments
- Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director
- Chief Operating Officer / Chief Financial Officer
- Executive Director / Executive Manager
- General Manager / Group Manager
- State, Regional and Operations Managers
- Business and Commercial Managers

What being in the network actually means

When a relevant role comes across our desk that looks like a fit, we'll reach out confidentially to see if you're interested.

Your details stay private. Nothing gets shared with a client without your knowledge and consent.
