Physiotherapist – Community & Private Practice

Location: Western Suburbs of Melbourne

We are seeking an enthusiastic and patient-focused Physiotherapist to join a growing practice offering personalised physiotherapy and rehabilitation services across clinic and community settings.

About the Role

- Provide evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and treatment.

- Develop personalised rehabilitation and exercise programs.

- Support clients across a range of conditions and age groups.

- Provide community and home-based services where required.

- Work with clients across areas including musculoskeletal rehabilitation, aged care, chronic pain, NDIS and general rehabilitation.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive patient outcomes.

About You

- AHPRA General Registration as a Physiotherapist.





- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.

- Experience in MSK, rehabilitation, community or aged care is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

- Passionate about delivering personalised, patient-centred care.

- Full Australian working rights preferred.
