Warehouse Team Leader / Coordinator
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00am–5:00pm

We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader / Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with strong warehouse experience who is confident leading a team, managing changing priorities and making decisions on the floor.

About the Role
You will be responsible for supporting the daily warehouse operation, coordinating workflow and ensuring customer requirements and deadlines are met.
Key responsibilities:

- Coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations
- Lead and support the warehouse team
- Operate High Reach forklifts and RF scanning equipment
- Load and unload containers
- Allocate work and manage changing priorities
- Ensure orders and tasks are completed within deadlines
- Monitor warehouse workflow and productivity
- Report directly to management and senior staff
- Resolve operational issues and make decisions when required
- Maintain high standards of safety, accuracy and efficiency
- Assist with hands-on warehouse duties when required
- Ensure a strong customer-focused approach is maintained

About You




To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Minimum 3 years' warehouse operational experience
- Current Forklift Licence
- High Reach forklift experience
- Proven RF scanning experience
- Previous container loading and unloading experience
- Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor or Warehouse Coordinator
- Experience reporting to management and senior staff
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Ability to adapt when priorities change
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-focused and business-aware mindset
- Reliable, proactive and hands-on approach
