About the Role
As an Automotive Technician, you'll play a key role in maintaining the exceptional standards expected of the Mercedes-Benz brand. You'll work on premium vehicles using the latest diagnostic equipment and manufacturer processes while contributing to an outstanding ownership experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Service, diagnose,



and repair Mercedes-Benz vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Deliver high-quality repairs with a strong focus on Fixed First Visit outcomes
- Achieve productivity, efficiency, and quality targets
- Perform advanced diagnostics and fault finding
- Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently
- Maintain workshop cleanliness and safety standards
- Participate in ongoing Mercedes-Benz training programs
- Mentor and support apprentices where required
- Uphold the professional standards associated with the Mercedes-Benz brand

Skills And Experiences

Who We're Looking For

- Qualified Automotive Technician
- Previous dealership experience preferred
- Experience with European vehicles highly regarded
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Qualified, team-oriented approach
- Current driver's licence
