The Opportunity
Quality commercial builder requires a switched-on Leading Hand for an immediate start on a short-term regional construction project in Dubbo.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who isn’t afraid to get stuck in, coordinate trades and keep the site moving.
About You
- Experienced Leading Hand / Foreman from a commercial construction background
- Solid trade knowledge and practical construction skills
- Confident coordinating subcontractors and driving daily site activities
- Hands-on approach – happy to get involved and lead from the front
- Reliable, organised and safety focused
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Computer/software experience highly regarded
- Available to start immediately
