The Role As an In-Home Solar Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of 1KOMMA5° in Sydney homes — meeting with customers, understanding their energy needs, and designing tailored solar and battery solutions that genuinely change their power bills and their carbon footprint.
The best part? You're not chasing leads — we hand them to you. Every week, you'll walk into 10-15 pre-booked, pre-qualified appointments, ready for you to run a thorough needs analysis and close. Your job is easy: show up, build trust, and sell the right solution for that home.
You'll start with a comprehensive onboarding program and shadow our top performers in the field to learn what separates the good from the great. Once trained, you'll move into a fully remote working model — flexible, autonomous, and built around your appointment schedule.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in business development, face-to-face, or in-home sales
- A self-motivated, hungry mentality — you're driven by results, not just routine
- Natural rapport-building skills and the ability to earn trust quickly in someone's home
- Flexibility to work around customer availability
- Prior solar sales experience is highly regarded (but not essential if you've got the sales DNA)
