Main Duties
- Lead clinical assessments and resident care planning.
- Champion clinical documentation and electronic systems.
- Mentor and support nursing staff and care workers.
- Drive clinical audits and quality improvements.
- Manage complex care needs including palliative and dementia care.
- Ensure compliance with aged care standards.
Essentials
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Aged care nursing experience.
- Strong clinical documentation skills.
- Background in team leadership or change management.
- Sound knowledge of aged care compliance.
- Satisfactory national police check.
