About the role:

As Director of First Impressions, you will be the welcoming face and voice of the business, with a huge emphasis placed on professionalism and the client experience.

Based at the Fitzroy office, you will be working as part of a collaborative three-office reception team sharing phone coverage with two other receptionists, each based at their respective office.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming clients and visitors with a warm, professional approach
- Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
- Providing administrative support to both the Sales and Property Management teams
- Maintaining meeting rooms and ensuring the office always presents at its best
- Supporting the wider office with general administration and reception duties
- Creating an exceptional experience for every client and visitor with whom you have contact with

About you:





You will be a naturally polished & professional individual who understands that presentation and client experience are everything.

Ideally, you will have:

- Previous reception experience, preferably within a professional services environment
- Exceptional grooming and personal presentation
- Polished and confident communication skills
- A naturally friendly, warm and helpful demeanour
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- The ability to remain composed and qualified in a busy environment
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Cert 4 in Real Estate Practice ideal but not essential
