Company:
ConsultANZ is looking for a Construction Surveyor / Survey Technician in Brisbane.
The company is a well-established surveying consultancy based in Kelvin Grove, working across South East Queensland. The role will primarily support construction and high-rise projects in Brisbane CBD.

Main Duties:

Join a stable and experienced surveying team on major multi-storey construction projects. The role will focus on site-based surveying, with opportunities to work on upcoming high-rise projects in Brisbane CBD.

- Carry out construction surveying and site set-out work on multi-storey projects.
- Work with Trimble surveying equipment, Civil 3D and other relevant surveying technology.
- Work closely with construction teams and provide accurate surveying support on-site.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction surveying, ideally on multi-storey or high-rise projects.
- Relevant surveying qualification is preferred, but practical experience is more significant than formal qualifications.
- Strong experience with Trimble equipment and relevant surveying software such as Civil 3D.




- Comfortable working primarily on-site and carrying out surveying and set-out activities.
- Australian working rights and a willingness to work across Brisbane and South East Queensland.

Roster Details:

- Approximately 50 hours per week, paid at an hourly rate.
- 7.5 hours per day at the normal hourly rate, with hours worked beyond 7.5 hours paid at time-and-a-half.
- Primarily site-based work across Brisbane and South East Queensland.
- Projects are expected to commence in January 2027.
