Salary: $95,000–$120,000 + super | Depending on experience
Are you an experienced General or Clinical Psychologist looking for a role where you can use your expertise to make a genuine difference?
We are currently seeking a Psychologist with 3+ years’ experience to join a supportive team delivering high-quality psychological services to NDIS participants.
You’ll work with participants with a range of complex mental health, psychosocial and disability needs, providing meaningful therapeutic support while helping people build capacity, achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
About the Role
This is a wide-ranging clinical role offering a high degree of autonomy. You’ll have the opportunity to manage your own caseload, work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and use your clinical judgement to support participants with complex needs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing psychological assessments and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Developing individualised, goal-focused treatment and intervention plans.
- Supporting participants with emotional wellbeing, coping strategies and functional capacity.
- Managing complex and high-risk presentations, including identifying and responding to risk.
- Working collaboratively with families, carers, Behaviour Support Practitioners and allied health professionals.
- Maintaining high-quality clinical documentation and working within NDIS and AHPRA requirements.
What We're Looking For
We’re looking for a Psychologist who is confident, compassionate and clinically capable, with a strong commitment to person-centred practice.
Essential:
- General or Clinical Psychologist with 3+ years’ experience.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Tertiary qualification in Psychology.
- Experience in disability, mental health or community settings.
- Experience supporting people with complex or psychosocial needs.
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication and collaboration skills.
Desirable Experience
- Experience working with complex or high-risk NDIS participants.
- NDIS Positive Behaviour Support training or certification.
- Experience providing mentoring or clinical consultation.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
