An established mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Project Manager to join its Gold Coast team.

With lots of Gold Coast work kicking off soon and further projects being tendered, this is a strong opportunity to join a business with long-term project security and major commercial work across the Gold Coast.

The role
- Manage around 3 projects concurrently
- Oversee projects from pre-site planning through to completion
- Full ownership of project budgets
- Manage procurement, variations and subcontractors




- Coordinate Leading Hands across each site
- Monitor programme, costs, quality and delivery
- Work closely with builders, clients and internal teams
- Deliver HVAC systems including VRV/VRF, chilled water and chillers

About you
- 5+ years’ HVAC/mechanical Project Management experience- would also consider less experience with the capability to work on such projects.
- Strong commercial construction background
- Experience managing projects valued at $1M+
- Trade or engineering background welcomed
- Strong budget and cost-control capability
- Confident managing subcontractors and site teams
- Experience with procurement and variations
- Good technical understanding of commercial HVAC systems
- Strong communication and organisation skills

Current and upcoming projects include high-rise towers, aged care and major commercial developments across the Gold Coast.
