Location: Perth Metro, WA

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end management of urban civil and subdivision projects from planning to handover.
- Manage project programs, cost tracking, monthly forecasting, and financial claims.
- Lead trade procurement, subcontractor scopes, and head contract administration.
- Oversee site safety, environmental compliance, and quality assurance standards.
- Act as primary liaison between land developers, consultants, local councils, and authorities.
- Guide and mentor site teams, project engineers, and supervisors to ensure smooth project delivery.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven background as a Project Manager delivering civil urban subdivisions and land developments.
- Deep knowledge of bulk earthworks, deep drainage, service reticulation, and roadworks.
- Outstanding commercial acumen,
contract administration skills, and budget management.
- Strong leadership capability with a focus on client relationships and stakeholder management.
- Comprehensive understanding of local WA council specifications and civil standards.
- Tertiary degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
