We are seeking compassionate, experienced and reliable Disability Support Workers to provide high-quality in-home care in Drysdale and surrounding suburbs.

The Prospect

We are looking for people who are available for weekday evening shifts.

- Location: Drysdale
- Shifts: Evenings 5pm - 11pm Weekdays
- Start: Christmas Period
- Experience: Minimum 3 years as a DSW
- Training: Must have Manual Handling training and experience
- Specialist Skills: Experience with behaviours of concern

Responsibilities:




- Personal care (toileting & showering assistance)
- Cooking and cleaning
- Community access and engagement
- Manual handling
- Medication assistance

Ideal Candidate:
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and compassionate
- Strong understanding of person-centred care
- Confident working independently and managing complex support needs
