Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee complete project delivery for major civil infrastructure and subdivision builds.
- Manage overall project programs, commercial forecasts, and financial progress claims.
- Lead trade procurement, contract administration, and subcontractor engagements.
- Enforce stringent site safety, environmental compliance, and quality standards.
- Serve as the main point of contact for land developers, consultants, and local authorities.
- Guide, mentor, and direct site teams, project engineers, and site supervisors.

What You'll Bring:

- Solid track record as a Senior Project Manager in civil construction or subdivisions.
- Extensive experience in bulk earthworks, service reticulation, drainage, and roadworks.
- Exceptional commercial acumen, high-level contract negotiation,



and budget management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of local WA council specifications and civil engineering standards.
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
