Nuts & Bolts:

- Process high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and on time
- Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies




- Prepare and process weekly payment runs
- Reconcile supplier statements and keep the AP ledger squeaky clean
- Be the go-to for supplier and internal queries by phone and email
- Work closely with Accounts, Sales, Customer Service and the Directors to keep everything running smoothly
- Support month-end close and reporting
- Continuously improve AP processes to work smarter and faster

What You'll Bring:

- Proven experience as an AP Officer or in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of AP principles and best practice
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A sharp eye for detail and strong analytical skills
- Xero experience (ideal)
- Great time management, with the ability to juggle deadlines
- Confidence working on your own and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
