With a strong focus on quality, service and long-term patient relationships, they are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Optical Dispenser / Optical Assistant to join their Hurstville practice.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting patients in selecting frames and lenses to suit their lifestyle and visual needs
- Interpreting optical prescriptions accurately
- Taking precise optical measurements
- Adjusting, fitting and servicing spectacles
- Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the patient journey
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the practice
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure a seamless patient experience

About You To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
- Full Australian working rights
- Previous experience in optical dispensing, optical retail or customer service

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Flexibility to work across clinics when required
