Aurora Resourcing & Talent is seeking 9 experienced Scaffolders for the upcoming Tropicana Gold Mine shutdown.

We have opportunities across both Day Shift and Night Shift, with mobilisation commencing from 30 October 2026.

We are particularly interested in Scaffolders who are shutdown-ready and fully compliant, with previous Tropicana experience or prior mobilisation to the site highly regarded.

Shutdown Dates & Vacancies

3 x Scaffolders Day Shift (DS) Friday 30 October 2026 Working from 31 October, demob approximately 9 November

2 x Scaffolders Day Shift (DS) Monday 2 November 2026 Working from 3 November, demob between 9-11 November depending on allocation

3 x Scaffolders Night Shift (NS) Friday 30 October 2026 Working from 31 October, demob approximately 9 November

1 x Scaffolder Night Shift (NS) Monday 2 November 2026 Working 3-7 November, demob 8 November
Total Requirement: 9 Scaffolders - 5 Day Shift / 4 Night Shift

What We're Looking For

Candidates must be available for the full nominated shutdown period and ready to mobilise.

To be considered, you will need:

- Current relevant Scaffolding High Risk Work Licence (HRWL)
- Current Working at Heights (WAH)
- Construction White Card




- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Relevant shutdown, mining or heavy industrial experience
- Current Australian working rights
- Ability to meet all site mobilisation and compliance requirements
- Availability for the full nominated work period

Previous Tropicana experience and site familiarity will be a strong advantage, and priority will be given to suitable personnel who are already familiar with the site and its requirements.

National Police Clearance - Important
Candidates must provide either:

- A current National Police Clearance (NPC) no older than 6 months; or
- If a current NPC has been applied for, a Statutory Declaration together with proof/receipt of the NPC application

Priority will be given to candidates who are shutdown-ready, compliant and available for the full required swing.
