We're looking for experienced Service / Charge Up Crew members to join our FIFO team from Perth.

The job
Day to day, you'll:

- Install fans, escapeways, vent doors, pump stations and more
- Carry out general service crew work, including mine services and face preparation
- Charge headings to blast plans, handling explosives safely
- Complete blast hole checks, detonator connections and blast records
- Operate LV, IT and charge-up equipment underground
- Work with surface plant, mining and engineering teams to deliver projects safely

What you need
The essentials:





- Previous underground mining experience (service crew essential)
- Development charge-up ticket or certificate relevant to the jurisdiction (e.g. Shotfirer's)
- ANFO experience, and minimum 2 years' experience in an underground charge-up role
- Valid manual driver's licence, with the ability to operate underground vehicles and relevant RPLs for IT and LV (essential)
- Strong knowledge of underground mining regulations, procedures and explosives handling, and a dangerous goods card
- Ability to work in confined spaces and physically demanding conditions
- Ability to follow strict procedures and safety standards
- Handheld airleg experience is desirable.
