This program is rolling out a new ways of working model across a leading Australian bank. The aim is a consistent, practical approach to planning, delivery and continuous improvement, so teams can move faster and with more confidence on the work that matters to customers.

Turn Strategy into Practice
This is a Senior Scrum Master role combining facilitation and coaching with accountability for delivery. You'll support teams through the rollout, from onboarding and planning through sprint execution to release, and strengthen their agile practices along the way. You'll work closely with team members, leaders and program stakeholders to make priorities clear, remove blockers and keep progress visible in a complex enterprise environment.

The role is available on an initial 12-month fixed term contract via LP Edge - salaries between $150,000 + $170,000 + Super.

Key Responsibilities

- Rollout Support: Help teams adopt the recent ways of working and embed it into everyday delivery.
- Agile Practice: Lead and facilitate ceremonies, improving delivery flow and team effectiveness.
- Coaching: Coach team members and leaders on agile practices,



behaviors and mindset.
- Risk & Impediments: Remove blockers early and manage delivery risks within risk, security and governance controls.
- Dependencies: Coordinate across teams and work with stakeholders to sharpen priorities and outcomes.
- Visibility & Improvement: Report clearly on progress, risks and adoption, and drive continuous improvement across teams.

We're Looking for People Who Have:

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead or similar in a complex enterprise environment.
- Experience supporting teams through an agile or ways of working transformation.
- A strong delivery focus across planning, sprint execution, dependency management and release coordination.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within risk, security, governance and regulatory controls.
- Banking or financial services industry experience, and Certified Scrum Master qualifications, are highly regarded.
