We’re looking for a Physiotherapist to join a supportive community-based team working with clients in their own homes and local communities.

What You’ll Be Doing You’ll work with clients to understand their goals and provide practical, personalised physiotherapy support.
Your days may include:

- Completing functional and mobility assessments
- Developing personalised exercise and rehabilitation programs
- Supporting strength, balance, mobility and falls prevention
- Recommending equipment and mobility aids
- Monitoring client progress and adapting treatment plans
- Building relationships with clients,



families and carers
- Working closely with Allied Health and care teams

About You We’re open to Graduate Physiotherapists through to experienced clinicians.
You’ll need:

- Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
- A genuine interest in community-based care
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
- A passion for helping people maintain independence
- Current driver's licence
