About the role

Join Shriro Australia as a part-time Supply Chain & Planning Assistant and build practical experience supporting the iconic Casio portfolio. This flexible opportunity may suit someone returning to the workforce or seeking hours that fit around family, caring or other commitments.

You will play a key role in supporting the commercial, product, and planning functions of the CASIO business. Working collaboratively across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and international CASIO teams in Japan, you will help ensure the product portfolio is well prepared to deliver to market.

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, Australia, you will work closely with Sales Managers and Marketing team to assist with customer planning and ranging.

Key responsibilities

- Provide general administrative support to the Planning team

- Enter and update planning information, databases, and spreadsheets

- Work closely with key customers and retail partners to manage the range, launch, and delivery of both existing and new products

- Prepare, format, and distribute reports, correspondence, agendas, and other documents

- Liaise with CASIO teams in Japan to support new product introductions, coordinate product information, and ensure divisional objectives and timelines are achieved

- Act as a central point of reference for product, planning, and system information, providing guidance and support to relevant stakeholders in the decision-making process

- Maintain accurate master data within the ERP system, ensuring correct product classification, planning parameters, and overall data integrity

About you





- Minimum 2 years experience working with multiple SKUs

- Experience working with Information Systems

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
