The opportunity:

Marsdens Law Group are looking to employ a junior administrative assistant to undertake a traineeship at our branch office in Liverpool for a twelve (12) month period.

The successful applicant will receive a Certificate III in Business Administration (Legal Services) as well as invaluable experience in a legal office.

This is a full-time role with hours being 8.30am – 5.15pm, Monday to Friday. This is a fantastic entry level position and would suit current school leavers with a view to career advancement.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:





· Perform a range of administration tasks;

· Photocopying, scanning and filing;

· Data entry and maintaining databases and registers;

The successful applicant must:

· Be well presented for a legal office;

· Quick to pick up new skills and adapt to new environments;

· Demonstrate sound computer skills;

· Solid written and verbal communication skills;

· Be able to work in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment with multiple focus points and work to deadlines;

· Be a self starter and highly responsible.

· NOT have completed a Certificate III or higher in Legal or Business services.
