Anytime Fitness Kingswood is growing. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join the team. This is a Part Time role, and you will play a crucial part in supporting the day-to-day operations and ensuring our members have an exceptional experience. Prospect to progress to Full Time for the right candidate.
What you'll be doing (key responsibilities)
- Assisting the Club Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the club
- Drive sales performance by managing leads, tours, follow-up, and conversions to hit monthly targets
- Lead retention and engagement initiatives that keep members active, connected, and achieving results
- Own the member experience - meet, greet, support, and resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Execute local marketing including community outreach and managing the club's online presence
- Oversee daily operations supplier coordination, and facility presentation
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall club environment
Essential criteria:
- Strong sales and customer service experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Target-driven mindset and ability to execute consistently
- Ability to plan and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Well-presented, professional and punctual
- Passion for creating a fun, inclusive, vibrant club culture
- Working with Children Check.
